Our ROBINSON LANDSKRON is a 165-room club hotel in the upscale 4-star category with an international clientele and a subsidiary of TUI AG. As a premium brand in the club hotel industry, the ROBINSON LANDSKRON is an operation with high standards in the classic hotel areas, but above all in the club-specific areas such as entertainment, WellFit, sport and family. We are a summer and winter operation. The location on Lake Ossiach, the large wellness area, the culinary highlights with full board in buffet form and the numerous leisure activities are just some of the advantages.

You are the first face the guests see - your warm welcome will delight every guest! Your varied tasks include: Check-in, check-out, invoicing, invoice control, cash register management, reservations on the phone and on site, complaint management, card maintenance, keeping order and organization in the front and back office. You are the communication interface to other departments and the central point of contact for many guests.

Requirements

- You are team- and service-oriented and well organized.
- Your confident, friendly and engaging manner impresses guests.
- A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners are among your strengths.
- You enjoy your work.
- You have the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- You already have computer and IT skills (reservation system: OPERA)
- Business fluent German / English skills are necessary.
- Experience is an advantage but not a prerequisite, career changers are also welcome, because if you are really motivated and eager to learn, our doors are open to you.
