Requirements
Your tasks: - CheckIn/CheckOut - informing and looking after guests and fulfilling their wishes - handling telephone calls with guests, suppliers and customers - active sales of rooms, services and wellness treatments - invoicing and cashiering - cash register management - completed training as a hotel specialist or experience in a comparable position - fluency in written and spoken English - knowledge of English is an advantage - IT skills and technical understanding are an advantage (Protel & MS Office advantageous) - Organizational skills - you keep the overview - positive and open charisma with your own spirit - friendly, flexible, helpful and resilient - you keep a cool head - enjoy being a "host"
