Your tasks: Check-in/check-out, preparation of invoices, offersGeneral office work (filing, correspondence, mail, cash register, etc.)Correspondence in German and English, answering and forwarding telephone callsInterface for all areas of our businessSupport of booking platformsReception and support of our hotel and seminar guestsSupport of our breakfast staff at the buffet breakfast
You bring with you:Completed vocational training or vocational training in a similar professionEnjoyment in advising and looking after guests Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of EnglishEDP skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)Confident and self-confident appearance, independence at work

We offer you: A 40-hour job in a year-round company Working hours 14 30 to 23 00 hrs incl. half hour break / 06 30 to 15 00 hrs incl. half hour break as a vacation replacement.5-day week 1x per month the days off are given on a weekend.All-day catering a pleasant working atmosphereAcceptance of costs of relevant further training during working hours
