Requirements
You have completed training as a hotel specialist and have already gained experience at the reception desk. You are linguistically talented and have a good command of German and English as well as other languages, both written and spoken?
If you have a confident, self-assured manner, good manners, are self-motivated, punctual, responsible and reliable, then you have come to the right place in our team!
Your profile:
* all activities of a receptionist and reservationist (including processing all reservations for hotel & restaurant / check in & check out)
* Coordination of daily tasks
* friendly, open and professional appearance
* secure knowledge of German and English
* Organizational skills and service awareness
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Results-oriented and structured approach to work, even during busy periods
* Create guest invoices
