At the Hintertuxerhof it's all happening - and you're right in the middle of it!
As our receptionist, you are more than just the first point of contact - you are the first impression, the welcome committee and the signpost all in one. You juggle phones like a circus performer and type faster than your shadow. In short: nothing works here without you!
Your stage:
Front office: Here you are the shining face of the Hintertuxerhof. Check-in, check-out and everything in between - you do it with a smile that melts even the glacier.
Back office: In the background, you make sure that everything runs smoothly. Whether it's guest correspondence, maintaining the reservation system or complaint management - you're the one pulling the strings.
Reservations: You are the master of bookings. Telephone? E-mail? Smoke signals? No matter how the requests come in, you juggle them brilliantly and make sure that every guest finds their perfect room.
Requirements

- Language skills (German and English are mandatory, anything beyond that is worth a round of applause)
