Requirements
- Politeness, empathy and good interaction with guests
- Good communication skills and confident handling of complaints/complications
- Efficient management of reservations, check-ins and check-outs
- Fluent German and good English skills, other languages an advantage
- Cooperation with other departments such as housekeeping and service
- Dealing with sensitive guest information
- Calm and professional demeanor even in stressful situations
