Requirements

Proven professional experience as a receptionist
Familiarity with computer systems and software
Proficiency in written and spoken German
Good command of written and spoken English
Other languages an advantage
Professional demeanor and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and proactive approach to problems
Excellent organizational skills
Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
