We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist for our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Central in Zell am See. Requirements
Your tasks:
- Guest service including check-in and check-out
- Preparing offers and processing inquiries and reservations
- Active telephone and sales calls
- Accounting and reporting
- Receiving guest requests and complaint management
- Advising and informing guests about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area
Your profile:
- Written and spoken German and English
- Experience at the reception desk
- Friendly and polite demeanor
- Confident use of a PC and experience with hotel programs is an advantage
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Accuracy, ability to work in a team, independence and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
- Language skills
