Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist for our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Montana in Matrei in East Tyrol. You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated and familiar team. We offer you a varied and challenging job.

Your tasks:

• Guest services including check-in and check-out
• Preparation of quotations and processing of inquiries and reservations
• Active telephone and sales calls
• Accounting and reporting
• Acceptance of guest requests and complaint management
• Advice and information for guests about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area

Your profile:

• German and English spoken and written
• Experience at the reception desk
• Friendly, professional and polite demeanor
• Confident use of a PC and experience with hotel programs is an advantage
• Pleasure in dealing with guests
• Accuracy, the ability to work in a team, independence and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
