Description
We are looking for a motivated patissier for our 4th generation family business. You will have your own area in our spacious kitchen and will be responsible for preparing and serving desserts for our approximately 70 hotel guests. We also offer a daily cake buffet for our guests, for which you will also be responsible. Our HP area consists of a 16-day rotation, so you can plan perfectly and of course you are also very welcome to realize your own ideas. From the 2024/25 winter season, we will only offer half board. Nevertheless, we offer external guests the possibility of fresh cakes/cakes and coffee, so this should also be taken into account. Since we maintain a 5-day week and some of our crew are also responsible for preparing the salad buffet (16-18 salads daily), you will also be responsible for this task from time to time. Kitchen time usually ends at 8:30 p.m. or 9 p.m. at the latest. You will live in a completely new (completed in December 2023) staff house right next to the hotel in a double room for single use.
Requirements
If you have completed training and have professional experience in a comparable position, can identify with your area of responsibility to the highest degree, are creative and committed and also have the highest quality awareness, then you have come to the right place in our team!
