The Schlosshotel Lacknerhof ****s in Flachau offers its guests an exclusive experience full of luxury, first-class service and culinary delights. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a creative and experienced patissier (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, cakes, chocolates and other sweet delicacies
- Creative co-design and further development of our dessert range
- Ensuring the quality and freshness of the ingredients used
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP specifications
- Supporting the kitchen team and collaborating with other departments
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed training as a pastry chef or cook with specialization in pâtisserie
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail in the preparation and decoration of desserts
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and on your own initiative
- Passion for first-class patisserie and innovative creations
- Language skills
German
