What are your tasks?

• Preparation of desserts, sweet dishes, cakes & pastries
• Design, decoration and presentation of the dishes
• Planning and organization of work in the area of responsibility
• Responsibility for all food & meals served
• Responsibility for the proper condition of the area of responsibility, in particular with regard to the HACCP regulation
• Efficient processing and utilization of the goods entrusted to us
