Description
- Production of high-quality desserts, cakes, chocolates and pastries
- Creative design and presentation of desserts and pastries for à la carte, buffets and events
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the patisserie
- Collaboration in the creation of new recipes and dessert ideas
- Working efficiently as part of a team to provide high-quality products on time
- Ordering goods and stock management for the patisserie area
- Training and induction of employees or trainees in the patisserie area
Requirements
- Completed training as a patissier, confectioner or comparable qualification
- Experience in upscale patisserie or gastronomy is an advantage
- Creativity and passion for desserts and sweet creations
- Sound knowledge in the production of chocolate, doughs and creams
- Diligence, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of precision
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
- Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
