Requirements
You already have several years of experience in HR and enjoy getting people excited about working in our industry. You have a good knowledge of human nature and are aware of the quality requirements in the upscale hotel industry. Your aim is to support employees with a high level of personal responsibility and commitment and to introduce them to the job. Your profile is rounded off by commitment and team player qualities. You speak very good German and English, ideally another foreign language. A confident manner, communication skills and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you.
