You are the beating heart of the hotel, the first "Welcome!" and the last "Safe journey home!". You are where all the threads come together. You answer every inquiry with ease, you make every connection effortlessly. Hungry in room 125? A snack is already organized. A crying little guest in room 309 needs a cuddly toy? Already on your way to save another vacation. In between, you juggle emails and solve every challenge. An agitated caller can't upset you because you always find a solution. You are calmness personified and have responsibility in your hands.

Requirements
What you bring with you
- Cordiality & joy in inspiring our young and old guests
- Completed school or vocational training
- First work experience is an advantage
- Team spirit
- Good IT knowledge & experience with reservation programs desirable
- Confident communication in German & English; others an advantage
