• telephone consultation and quotation preparation
• Creating offers and bookings
• Reservation management and control
• Maintenance of online booking systems and online portals
• Arrival and departure check
• Check in & Check out
• Cash management

• completed training in the hotel industry
• Experience with all common MS Office programs. Protel and Reguest
• honest interest in our guests and their wishes
