The first impression counts! You are the first point of contact for guests in our company. You are the first to communicate with guests by email, telephone and on arrival. Through first-class guest care and communication, you create the conditions for providing guests with a perfect and unforgettable vacation. You contribute to the optimal economic success through your own initiative and you support the company and operational goals.some of your tasks:- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests- Check in and check out of guests- Informing guests about hotel services- Dealing with the hotel program Protel, ReGuest, Word, Exel and Outlook- E-mail and telephone correspondence- Creating cash register and daily accounts- Managing massage appointments- Table reservations for our á la carte Stube- Issuing ski passes for our guests
