Description
The Hotel Schwarzbrunn is a renowned 4-star superior hotel in Tyrol and is known for its first-class hospitality and its exclusive wellness & spa area. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated SPA Manager (m/f/d) who will develop our wellness area to the highest level with passion, expertise and organizational skills.
Requirements
Your tasks:
- Management and organization of the entire SPA and wellness area
- Responsibility for planning and implementing the range of treatments on offer
- Ensuring excellent guest care and satisfaction
- Management, motivation and training of the SPA team
- Coordination with other departments (reception, housekeeping, F&B)
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and quality guidelines
- Purchasing and managing SPA products and materials
- Developing new concepts and offers to increase guest satisfaction
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the field of wellness, cosmetics, massage or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the SPA sector, ideally in a management position
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality and a keen sense for guest needs
- Leadership skills and experience in team management
- Economic thinking and experience in dealing with budget and sales planning
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Language skills
