Requirements
- Operational management of the restaurant area and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Responsibility for guest satisfaction and compliance with our service and quality standards
- Management, motivation and training of the service team
- Creation of duty rosters
- Training of employees
- Maintaining data in the restaurant and cash register
- Inventory and order management for the restaurant area
- Proper implementation of accounting formalities (cash register sign-out, income, tip distribution)
- Language skills
