Your tasks in the reception area at the Hotel Warmbaderhof*****

• active cooperation at the front office and check-in & check-out
• Editing and entering individual and group reservations
• Responsibility for correct texts for pre-arrival letters
• Organization of the Kurturnusse at the Hotel Warmbaderhof*****
• Checking the correct acceptance of F&B reservations
• Invoice and debtor control as well as control of credit card payments

Your management tasks:

• Carrying out training and induction for employees
• Training and promotion of junior staff and HGA apprentices

Your qualification:

• Relevant training
• several years of professional experience in reception, reservations and e-commerce.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• independent, reliable and committed way of working as well as initiative and willingness to learn
• Language skills: German, English and Italian
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Enjoy working with modern technologies
• Teamplayer
