Your tasks in the reception area at the Hotel Warmbaderhof*****
- active cooperation at the front office and check-in & check-out
- Editing and entering individual and group reservations
- Responsibility for correct texts for pre-arrival letters
- Organization of the Kurturnusse at the Hotel Warmbaderhof*****
- Checking the correct acceptance of F&B reservations
- Invoice and debtor control as well as control of credit card payments
Your management tasks:
- Carrying out training and induction for employees
- Training and promotion of junior staff and HGA apprentices
Your qualification:
- Relevant training
- several years of professional experience in reception, reservations and e-commerce.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- independent, reliable and committed way of working as well as initiative and willingness to learn
- Language skills: German, English and Italian
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Enjoy working with modern technologies
