Description
Starting date by arrangement or start of the 2025 summer season.
We are looking for an open-minded manager for our catering business, consisting of a service restaurant with 280 seats, a self-service restaurant with approx. 80 seats and an umbrella bar at the valley station.
Requirements
Your tasks- You lead and motivate a team of up to 30 employees- You are a passionate host and representative of the hotel- You identify with contemporary, regional and quality-conscious mountain gastronomy- You control and optimize operational processes- You are responsible for the operational business
