We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with sommelier skills to join our team for either a 5.5 or 6-day week.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or technical college
- at least 2 years of professional experience as a restaurant manager or 5 years as a deputy or chef de rang in a comparable company
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong quality awareness
- Experience in staff management
- Service-oriented approach
- Host and leadership role
- Excellent wine and beverage knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of national and international fine spirits
- Knowledge of various gastro software programs
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of complaint management
