We are hiring a Maitre / Restaurant Manager from November.
- Fixed working hours
- Sunday off possible
- 11 months season
- 5 ½ days week

Our luxury hotel is one of the leading establishments in South Tyrol and our discerning guests particularly appreciate the personal service!
Your task:
As Maitre you are responsible for all organizational tasks in the restaurant and instruct the service staff in your duties. You control the work of your employees and are the contact person for our guests. Detailed knowledge of 5-server service, a corresponding basic training in the area of wines andvery good knowledge of German and Italian are advantageous!
