Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated restaurant manager

Your tasks -management and training of the service team-reception and care of guests with aplomb and cordiality-ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks in the service area-compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines and control of checklists and standards-control of the wine and beverage stock-implementation of the daily service briefing and regular training courses

What you should bring with you:-Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry -Very good knowledge of German & English -Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness -Exceptional organizational skills and vision -Excellent communication and teamwork skills
