Description
- Acquiring new customers for weddings, conferences, corporate events and individual guests
- Building and maintaining relationships with agencies, planners and companies
- Development and implementation of creative marketing measures (social media, print, online)
- Support and maintenance of event content on the website and booking platforms
- Creation of brochures, flyers and mailings
- Public relations and press coordination
- Development and marketing of the hotel's own event formats
- Close cooperation with reception, reservations and event coordination
Requirements
- Completed training in the event/hotel industry or several years of experience in a comparable position
- Great affinity for sales and distribution
- First management experience in sales or marketing
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Social media know-how & technical understanding
- Sales talent, creativity and personal responsibility
- Industry contacts in the Munich area desirable
- Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening events
