Organization of the chambermaids and dishwashers
Responsible for our guesthouse
Organization of cleanliness and repairs for hotel areas, rooms and staff rooms
Further development and optimization of the personnel management process
Administrative work and preparatory work
Close cooperation and development with the entire team

Requirements

Relevant professional knowledge or professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Preferably previous management position
Very good knowledge of German.
Good knowledge of English
Independent and clean organization of the floor team
Friendliness and ability to work in a team
Respect and appreciation towards employees and guests
Clean and efficient work with valuable goods & equipment
Purchasing, negotiating and checking goods
Continuous development and improvement of the rooms

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)

Computer skills

Fidelio

Basic knowledge

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full time (45h/ 5 days)

Work experience: 3 Jahre

Driving license: B
