Description
Are you ready for some hard work?
As a supervisor of our breakfast team, you will ensure a perfect start to the day. You welcome our guests and accompany them to the table, you serve coffee & tea. Throughout the working day, you will coordinate the tasks involved and provide operational support in all areas of breakfast service. During breakfast times, you will serve dishes, replenish the buffet and fulfill our guests' special breakfast requests and advise them on intolerances and dietary habits.
Later, you will work with your team to keep the breakfast restaurant clean and prepare the tables for the next day. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our service and for carrying out the daily work processes and routines. If necessary, you will assist our breakfast chefs with the preparations for the breakfast buffet.
You will also keep an eye on the stock of work equipment and F&B items and prepare the regular orders.
Requirements
- You have a warm demeanor and enjoy making guests smile early in the morning
- You have several years of experience in a service profession in the hotel or catering industry and are happy to pass on your knowledge to your team
- You show your commitment and lead by example, even in times of full occupancy
- You have a good command of German and English
- You are helpful and know that in a small hotel everyone supports everyone else
