Requirements
What you should bring / requirements profile:
- Specialist training or career changer with at least 4 years of professional experience - Experience in the upscale hotel and catering industry
- Specialist knowledge in the preparation of high-quality food
- Leadership qualities
- Creative design of menus and dishes, taking into account seasonal and regional ingredients
- Hygiene awareness and cleanliness
- A sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
