You are a first-class professional chef with leadership qualities and a sense of responsibility. Prudent in the purchase of goods and open to modern cuisine as well as a traditional understanding of Austrian delicacies. The main focus is the physical well-being of our half-board guests and the preparation of the small daily menu. Team play and calm leadership of a small, long-standing brigade as well as compliance with and control of all hygiene regulations in a spacious, newly built kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment is a matter of course for you.
