Description
We are looking for YOU as a sole chef (m/f/d) for our small, family-run **** hotel in Pertisau am Achensee! With 48 guests and a half-board concept, we offer a relaxed but challenging working environment without à la carte business.

Your tasks:
- Independent management of the kitchen
- Assignment of 2-3 kitchen staff (kitchen helpers/washers)
- Preparation of meals for our half-board guests (soup of the day for lunch, cake of the day for the afternoon, salad buffet, 4-course menu of choice, buffets, gala dinner,...)
- Planning the menus with allergen labeling
- Calculation of the dishes
- Structured purchasing and organized warehousing
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Enjoy cooking in a small team
- Completed training as a chef or many years of experience in the hotel/restaurant industry
- Creativity and a passion for fresh, regional cuisine
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Language skills
