Requirements
*Professional experience in upscale gastronomy, *independent and clean way of working, *compliance with all hygiene regulations and safety standards, *management of the kitchen team with duty roster organization, *workload capacity and commitment, *creation of menus and meal plans, *courage to be creative and proactive, *calculation and purchasing, *continuous cost control, *friendliness and fairness towards all colleagues and team members, *leading by example
