Requirements
Your tasks: Independent preparation for the HP & a la carte business (mise en place work) Assistance in menu design for weddings, conferences and events Preparation of cold & warm starters Arrangement of plates & buffets Division, instruction and instruction of the assigned Commis & trainees Quality assurance & control of goods Your profile: At least 1 year of professional experience in the same or similar job Passion as a chef Good communication skills/interpersonal skills High decision-making skills Well-groomed appearance Reliable personality Team player High quality awareness Good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages an advantage
