No "front cooking" in front of the guest
Daily preparation of the mise-en-place for the breakfast buffet
Daily preparation of food for the breakfast buffet
Support in the production of dishes (e.g. salads, starters) for the pension guests (no à-la-carte)
Proper, responsible handling of food
Compliance with the guidelines according to HAACP

Requirements

6-day week, 48 hours
Relevant professional training or practical experience in the hotel/catering industry
Independent and high-quality way of working
Distinct flexibility & ability to work in a team, as well as resilience
Passion for the job

Language skills

German

B1 (Intermediate)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full time (6 days week)

Work experience: 2 Jahre
