Your tasks:
- Preparation of traditional & creative dishes with high-quality, regional ingredients
- Independent management of a post in the kitchen
- Ensuring the quality & hygiene standards
- Collaboration with a well-coordinated kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef & experience in upscale gastronomy or Alpine cuisine
- Passion for fresh, regional products
- Independent & structured way of working
- Team spirit & ability to work under pressure
