Description
- Support with mise-en-place work for the kitchen team
- Preparation of small dishes according to our night menu
- Contact person for our guests during the night
- Efficient, cost-conscious work at the post and in the kitchen team
- Ensuring the quality of the prepared dishes
- Proper handling of food and equipment
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
- Working hours 22:00-08:00 (incl. 1h break)
Requirements
- Completed training and demonstrable initial professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Quality awareness, product knowledge and very good food knowledge
- Commitment, team spirit and flexibility
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Enjoy working with people
- Hands-on mentality
