Your to-do's as a chef:

- Planning, preparation and presentation of half-board menus (breakfast & dinner)- As head chef, you are the heart of the kitchen team. You coordinate the processes, actively support your team in the kitchen and motivate them to perform at their best - You are responsible for ordering and purchasing food and always keep track of stock levels and the flow of goods. You work with a fixed 14-day menu cycle and occasionally make small adjustments to make the best use of seasonal ingredients
