In order to continuously improve the quality of childcare, all childcare staff are trained within the group and receive ongoing further training.

You support the club management

• when planning, creating and implementing weekly programs by season.
• Planning and realization of dance and magic shows
• Ensuring that childcare runs smoothly, efficiently and in a friendly manner in every respect, in compliance with the Kinderhotel standards
• Purchasing and controlling of the entire range of games and handicrafts
• Exchange of information with other departments to ensure a good service for parents

what you should bring with you

• ...Ideally you have a pedagogical education and/or experience in working with children
• Flexibility in terms of days off and vacation
• Interest and love for the tourism industry, the hotel industry and gastronomy
• Commitment, reliability, independence, punctuality
• Confidentiality and discretion
• Willingness to live our guiding principles
• Consideration for colleagues in staff accommodation, at work and in their free time
