Description
For our small, cozy, family-run 4* hotel in Lech am Arlberg we are looking for a motivated young chef (m/f/d) from now until mid-April 2023
Your responsibilities
* Prepare breakfast and assist during breakfast service (prepare eggs, omelets, etc.)
* Prepare mise en place for the coming day
* Prepare afternoon snack (daily soup, daily baking of cakes, sandwiches, etc.)
* Prepare lunch / dinner for boss and employees - for about 10 people
* Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines in the kitchen and warehouse
* Make orders
* Perform goods receiving and control
