Description
We are looking for a qualified and motivated in-house technician for our company. You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated team. Your main task will be to plan, coordinate, monitor and control all maintenance, upkeep and repair work in the hotel and the properties and buildings belonging to the company, including the facilities (residential building, staff accommodation, office building), as well as ensuring that the properties have an attractive overall appearance. Requirements
You have completed training in a skilled trade - preferably with further training in facility management or master craftsman training (electrical, plumbing, heating, carpentry, etc.) and have already gained experience in a trade company or in building services. You have a comprehensive understanding of craftsmanship and skill as well as an eye for detail. In addition, independent, structured work and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you. If you also have good organizational skills, a well-groomed and friendly appearance and manners, and management experience, then you are our man / woman!
