Are you interested in an apprenticeship in an interesting industry with great future prospects?
Below you can see a few subject areas within the apprenticeship as a catering specialist:
- Working in the kitchen and in guest service
- Preparing various dishes
- Serving food and drinks
- Taking orders
- Preparing buffets and serving food
- Welcoming, advising and saying goodbye to guests
Preparing and decorating rooms and tables
The catering specialist apprenticeship is a dual apprenticeship and is therefore a combination of the two equivalent apprenticeships of restaurant specialist (service) and cook. Both apprenticeships are fully covered and the tasks are alternated.
Meals will be provided for you free of charge.
Free accommodation can also be provided if there is good cooperation.
We are also happy to support you in preparing for exams; vocational school takes place in blocks (10 weeks per apprenticeship year). There is no work in the company during this time.
But before the apprenticeship really gets going, you are welcome to visit us for a taster day so that you can get to know our company and the whole team beforehand.
We would also be happy to discuss the right apprenticeship for you on site! You don't have to have decided / be sure at the time of application!
