We are still looking for an experienced Gardemanger for our team, either for a 5.5 or 6-day week, for our top modern kitchen, which was newly built in 2018. (Start of service from November 2024 / winter season)

Professional requirements:
- Completed vocational training or at least 2 years of professional experience as Chef de Partie or Gardemanger
- Basic knowledge of German
- Quality awareness
- Knowledge of general Austrian cuisine
- Knowledge of international cold cuisine
- Knowledge of Austrian cold cuisine
- Creativity and involvement in the selection process
- Responsible handling of food and operating resources
- Participation and support in the WES
- Organizational talent
- Knowledge of hygiene regulations
