We are looking for a Gardemanger (m/f/d) for our Schlosshotel Lacknerhof
The Schlosshotel Lacknerhof ****s in Flachau stands for the highest level of comfort, exclusivity and culinary enjoyment. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Gardemanger (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Preparation and creative presentation of cold dishes such as appetizers and salads
- Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards in your area
- Ensuring the freshness and visual quality of the prepared dishes
- Co-design and further development of our culinary offer
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the area of Gardemanger in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and an eye for detail in the presentation of dishes
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
- Passion for high-quality products and upscale cuisine
- Language skills
German
