Your tasks:

1. Setting up the buffet
2. Preparation of meals in the hotel kitchen
3. Checking and restocking the buffet
4. Cleaning the work surfaces
5. Carry out preparatory work for the next day
6. Execution of orders
7. Organizational tasks
