Requirements
- Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
- Passionate host
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Organizational skills: Structured way of working and excellent organizational skills.
- Appearance: Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
Enthusiasm: You are passionate about the mountains and nature.
Your tasks
- Coordination of hotel operations: Ensuring the smooth running of hotel processes - including reception, housekeeping and catering.
- Guest reception and care: Responsible for the warm welcome of our guests and individual care during their stay. Support with questions, reservations and special requests.
- Office organization: Managing the processes at reception, processing inquiries and coordinating internal processes.
- Quality management: Monitoring the quality of service in the hotel.

Offer
Our offer
We offer full-time employment with a 5-day week (40 hours) including an attractive gross salary from € 3,000 (payment above the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with the possibility of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 - no part-time work, no evening work. You will also receive a share of the tips, vacation and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging and other goodies on top!
