Mis en place and table setting are just the basics for you. Your freestyle? Creating an atmosphere that enchants our guests. As the link between kitchen and guest, you are the taste mediator who presents the culinary highlights of the day with expertise and enthusiasm.
What you can expect
- Supporting the Chef des Rang during breakfast service
- Assisting with the service of gourmet menus at the assigned station
- Assisting the Chef de Rang with drinks & café service
- Supervision of the vers. Buffets such as breakfast, lunch, cakes & snacks
- Assistance in bar service (partially)
- Mise-en-place work for the wards
- Cleaning work on the ward
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Cordiality & joy in inspiring our young & old guests
- Completed vocational training & / or relevant work experience
- Team spirit
- Language skills in German & English; others an advantage
