Commis de Rang (m/w/d)

To enrich our family-run hotel, we are looking for YOU as Commi de Rang for the coming season from mid-December 24

Your tasks

• Set-up, supervision and cleaning of the buffet
• Mise-en-place activities
• Setting tables
• Working with a Chef de Rang on the ward
• Professional serving of food and drinks
• Carrying out general office work (cutlery, glasses,...)
• Compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
• Still have little experience? No problem - we'll be happy to teach you everything!

Your profile

• Completed training in the gastronomy, hotel industry or career changer:in
• Friendliness and cordiality
• well-groomed appearance
• Good knowledge of German and ideally English
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a reliable way of working
• Teamplayer
• Willingness for personal development

For your information: we are a family-run 4 * hotel about 40 km west of Zell am See in the national park community Neukirchen am Großvenediger, which is located at 850 meters above sea level in our community live about 2700 people.

Our hotel is a 5-minute walk from the town center. The hotel has 47 rooms and 6 apartments for approx. 90 peopleWe generally offer our guests half board. You will be working with up to 20 colleagues.
