The mission:
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why you are passionate about providing your guests with great service.

- Tidying and cleaning tasks in the restaurant are not just something for apprentices and temporary staff, but a personal concern for you.
- Even in the evenings, you take care of our guests' wishes with heart and passion.
- Mise en place is not a small town in the south of France for you, but an important part of your work that you take care of yourself.
