Commis de Rang (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Taxacher in beautiful Kirchberg in Tirol.

Your tasks:

• Part of a motivated and professional service team
• Competent advice for guests on the selection of wines
• Checking and replenishing beverage stocks
• Food and beverage service
• Ensuring an efficient and smooth service process during the shift
• Coordination with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Contact person for guest concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction - Mise en place work in the restaurant and back office - Ability to work under pressure and flexibility / keeping a cool head even in stressful situations
• Well-groomed appearance
• Observe hygiene regulations
• Our aim is to offer our guests an excellent service

Your profile:

• Experience and commitment: You either have experience or are motivated to develop yourself further with us. Professional experience, ideally in à la carte service and wine service.
• Passion for your job: You love what you do.
• Flexibility and team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and are flexible in your tasks.
• Friendliness and reliability: Our guests and colleagues can always rely on you.
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Hygiene is a top priority for us
• German and English language skills
• Quick comprehension
• Clean working / We attach great importance to a clean house
