What you bring with you:

• You have completed kitchen training and have demonstrable experience in upscale gastronomy.
• As a Commis de Cuisine, you will be part of a team of talented chefs. Team spirit is essential.
• We attach great importance to using high-quality ingredients and preparing dishes to the highest standards.
• The ability to organize your assigned tasks efficiently and ensure that the quality and service is always first class is of utmost importance.
• Languages: We expect a good knowledge of German and English.

Your tasks:

• Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards specified by the company and the head chef
• Responsibility for the smooth running of production (mise en place) and preparation
• Professional and independent way of working

What we offer:

• very good remuneration from 2,500 euros gross
• 13. and 14th month's salary is paid pro rata to the period worked
