We are looking for a motivated service employee for our hotel. You will support our service crew to pamper our guests with culinary delights from the kitchen and cellar. Requirements
Do you have serving, recommending and complimenting in your blood? Do you always keep an eye on your runners? Do you embody eloquence, have a nose for nuances and are never at a loss for a good line? Then we need you!
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for a smooth service process
- You will use your expertise to assist our international guests with their choice of food and drinks
- You are the contact person for complaints and questions from our guests
- You ensure our high quality standards and an optimal process in compliance with hygiene standards and guidelines
- You are jointly responsible for the management and organization of the service team
Your profile:
- Completed adequate training in the upscale hotel/catering industry
- Relevant work experience
- Confident appearance and positive charisma
- Committed, motivated and flexible
- cool head in hectic times
